Why coaching?
Coaching is an effective way do deal with questions and challenges we face in our working life.
Questions, such as: How can I improve my management skills? How can I enhance teamwork and improve cooperation? How effective is my approach? What is it that I really want to achieve? Does my job still suit me? Why does my work cost me that much energy?

Contact EDRC for a series of consults with a coach to answer your questions and to gain insight in your motives and incentives. The consults help to create possibilities and space to put yourself in motion.
Characteristics of these consults are: personal, made to measure, open and frank, a bit provocative, but always respectful and with an occasional laugh.

Depending on the nature of the questions, personal coaching can be alternated with team coaching.

Consultancy
Organisations are in a constant change. This puts pressure on all people involved. The challenge is to stay focused, flexible and committed, to achieve results and not to get stuck.
But how to design, realise or how to deal with organisational changes? How to realise commitment to changes?

EDRC is a company with extensive experience in change management in non-profit organisations. EDRC can help you bringing about the envisaged changes and make sure the changes are embedded in the organisation. EDRC's approach is open and outcome oriented.

About EDRC
EDRC is founded by Elli de Rijk. Elli has a background as a manager in various non-profit organisations and development organisations. She is also a trained and experienced coach and consultant. A field of special interest is cross cultural cooperation.

Travelling and sport are important for Elli. Not only because of the opportunity to meet many new people but also because they provide for meeting ones personal boundaries and possibilities. In a two year cycling trip around the world she has gained many wonderful experiences and valuable insights.
